This pour painting on canvas is part of my "imperfectly perfect" collection. There are a few places at the top central that the paint bubbled, creating a unique defect that is actually very neat looking. Because of the flaw this painting is sold at a reduced rate but that doesn't mean it is not beautiful. This painting was inspired by a purple sunset that I saw outside of my house one evening so I tried to recreate it in art. I set out with the intension of creating a blended, dripping, rain effect and since the paint bubbled, I think that's actually quite appropriate since water also bubbles sometimes.
