About Aurelia

Aurelia lives in the beautiful Ozark Mountains of Missouri. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter hiking, camping, floating, traveliing and going on lots of adventures. When she's at home she's either working, writing, or riding her horses.

She shows horses in hunter jumper and dressage and some of her characters (Solstice) in the Twin Kingdom's Trilogy are based on her own horse.

Aurelia loves to read, write, watch tv, and listen to music. Some of her favorite movies are Disney's The Lion King, or really most any move animated or live action that Disney has created. She also enjoys scary movies, comedies, and action and adventure movies like Zombieland, Harry Potter, We're the Millers, Gilmore Girls, American Horror Story, Labyrinth, Legend, The Last Unicorn, the list goes on.

Some of her favorite music artists include any Disney song ever created and she can sing most all of them word for word. She also likes Linkin Park, The Beatles, Beck, Black Street, Blink 182, The Weekend, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Neil Young, Dirty Heads, Fleetwood Mac, Green Day, Imangine Dragons, Garth Brooks, Jimmy Buffet, John Mayer, Korn, Michael Jackson, My Chemical Romance, Nickle Creek, Nirvana, Twisted Pine, Norah Jones, The Piano Guys, Sam Tinnesz, Stained, Sublime, Supertramp, Trans-Siberian Orchestra. And MANY other random artists. There are over 4,000 songs on her eclectic playlist.

Outside of her husband, daughter and family her biggest obssession is horses. If she's not at work or with them then she's at the barn. And when it comes to horses, she likes them big and chunky and full of personality.
